Returns & Refunds
Exchanges & refunds will be considered under these circumstances:
Where the incorrect goods were delivered.
Where the goods delivered were damaged upon receipt.
Requests for returns or exchanges needs to be initiated within 7 days of the goods being delivered.
The choices you have upon returning the product
Returned goods can be exchanged for store credit or a refund in the event of a suitable replacement not being available. Refunds are subject to management approval.

Condition of returned goods
When goods were delivered in original packaging it needs to be returned in original packaging, either by courier or via our local representatives (where available).
Where goods need to be returned via courier you must ensure that goods are sufficiently packaged to prevent damage in transit.
All peripheral accessories such as batteries, power and connection cables must be returned with the goods.
Method of return
We will arrange a courier to collect the item(s), or if you are in Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria or Cape Town we will get our local representatives to collect from you.
What happens next?
Upon receipt of the returned goods, goods will be submitted for inspection.
Upon completion of inspection we will contact you and make the necessary arrangements for your exchange or store credit.
